Practice Information and Forms
I work via HIPAA compliant telehealth, as well as in person, for adult individual counseling. I do not offer couple's counseling.
Insurances I accept are Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurances & Health New England. I also accept direct pay.
I encourage all clients to double check if they plan covers behavioral health, or if there is a deductible. This is to avoid a surprise later, as payment will be expected in full and will end up being the client's responsibility if there is a deductible.
I only see adult clients (18+).
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours notice if a client cannot make an appointment. Cancellations under 24 hours, or sessions missed without notice are the clients responsibility to pay a fee which is $65. The only exception to this is emergency situations.
General Payment Info
Co-pays and, if applicable, deductibles are the client's full responsibility. I accept most mainstream credit and debit cards via the patient portal. Co-pays, or if applicable, full payment for sessions are due at session, unless otherwise discussed.
Self Payment Option
If you do not have BCBS or HNE, or wish not to use your insurance, I offer the following direct payment fees:
30 minute session - $70
60 Minute session - $140
I am willing to discuss a sliding scale as well. If you have a PPO plan, I can offer superbills for reimbursement for out of network.
Right to Terminate
I reserve the right to terminate treatment if:

If I assess that clinically, another therapist would be more appropriate

If payment is not made

If the amount of sessions that are cancelled, rescheduled, or no shows become frequent as to be clinically impactful
